Welcome to Reg Sessions! 

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please read this guide carefully and adhere to all instructions from event staff and security personnel.

1. Entry & Identification Minimum age for entry: 18 years (strictly enforced, no exceptions). A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Voter ID) is required for entry. Entry is subject to mandatory security checks at the entrance. 

2. Prohibited Items For everyone’s safety, the following items are strictly prohibited: ❌ Illegal substances (drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances). ❌ Weapons (knives, firearms, sharp objects, or any dangerous or doubtful items). ❌ Outside food, beverages, and alcohol. ❌ Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases. ❌ Professional cameras, video recording devices, drones (without prior authorization). ❌ Laser pointers, fireworks, or any flammable items. ❌ Any item deemed a security risk by event staff. 

3. Drug & Alcohol Policy 🚫 Zero-Tolerance Policy for Drugs – Possession, consumption, or distribution of drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone found in violation will be immediately ejected and reported to law enforcement. 🍻 Alcohol will be served only to attendees of legal drinking age. Over-intoxication may lead to removal from the event. Check with the space manager to know the legal drinking age in the city.  🚖 Drink Responsibly – Arrange for a safe ride home, but never drink and drive.  

4. Personal Safety & Well-Being 🔹 Stay hydrated – Water stations are available. 🔹 Keep personal belongings secure – We are not responsible for lost/stolen items. 🔹 Report any suspicious activity to security staff immediately. 🔹 If you feel unwell, seek help from the medical aid station. 🔹 Earplugs are recommended for hearing protection due to loud music. 🔹 Respect personal space – Harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated. 

5. Emergency Procedures Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and evacuation routes. Follow all instructions from security and event personnel in case of an emergency. First aid stations are available at the venue. Please get in touch with the space manager to get first aid help in case of a health emergency.  In case of a fire or emergency, remain calm and proceed to the nearest exit. 

6. Responsible & Respectful Conduct ✅ Treat fellow attendees, staff, and performers with respect. ✅ Follow all venue rules and instructions. ✅ Any form of violence, discrimination, harassment, or vandalism will result in immediate removal from the venue. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Reg Sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1.Ticket Purchase & Entry All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Tickets must be presented along with a valid photo ID. Entry is subject to security checks. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for security, health, or behavioral reasons. 

2. Age Restriction Entry is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. 

3. Conduct & Prohibited Items Attendees must adhere to the Safety Guide and venue regulations. Possession of prohibited items or engaging in misconduct will result in immediate ejection without refund. Drug use or possession is illegal and will lead to police action. 

4. Liability Disclaimer Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event. The event organizers, venue, and affiliated entities are not liable for any injuries, losses, theft, or damages. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being. We request you to look after your friends.  

5. Event Changes & Cancellation The event lineup, schedule, or venue is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, refund policies will be communicated separately. 

6. Photography & Videography Consent By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Unauthorized professional photography, videography, or live streaming is not permitted without prior approval. 

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local judicial courts. 

8. Right of Admission Reserved The event organizers and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals at their discretion for security, safety, or behavioral concerns.
