On July 29, 2022 Longhui 1910 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park was officially opened, covering an area of about 100 acres and a total construction area of about 45,000 square meters. As one of the first batch of projects in Beijing to protect and utilize old factories to expand cultural space, Longhui 1910 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park was transformed from an old winery.

In the renovation and construction, it was insisted on restoring the style of the times of red bricks and green tiles in the old factory area, demolishing the street wall and fence, breaking the physical boundary between the old factory area, the block and the community, and formed an all-weather open and pedestrian block space, providing residents with more leisure, experience and consumption scenes.

The boiler room of the old distillery has become the largest and only climbing gym with an international standard track in Beijing; The former raw material warehouse has become a cultural and creative commercial block with small theaters, bookstores, food, specialty retail and other formats; The old dormitory, where brewers used to live and rest, has become a special food district.
