Peckham Levels is a joint venture between Really Local Group and Southwark Council, who own and maintain the Peckham Town Centre Multi Storey Car Park as an Asset of Community Value.
Rooted in SE15, Peckham Levels has transformed a supermarket multi-storey car park into a home to many layers of local independent traders and entrepreneurs. From ceramics to video producers, street food to nights out, artists to academics, performers to social carers – hundreds of local creators, makers and traders collaborate across our six floors.

Peckham Levels is a member of the Really Local Group family, a team of socially minded creators, makers, entrepreneurs and doers who champion collaboration, drive progress and see it as their duty to bring prosperity to local communities through enterprise. Carl Turner Architects are the designers of Peckham Levels.

Levels 1 – 4 are the beating heart of Peckham Levels. Home to our co-working space, Hatch Peckham, along with over 80 independent businesses. Every single studio’s footprint is based on one of the building’s original parking spaces and the wide open corridors follow the former car park’s layout. Levels 1 – 4 are home to a wide variety of businesses from jewellers and artists to social enterprises and a community dance group.

Levels 5-6 are dedicated to encouraging visitors to mix with artists in a place of interaction and exchange, to build an identity and sense of place. Conceived as a ‘kunsthaus’ the project acts as a social space in the heart of Peckham with free event space, children’s play area, music venue, gallery, bars, restaurants, cafe, yoga studios and even a hair salon.
